10 Minute Recipe: Kale Chips

Kale and chips. Two words you probably never thought you'd hear in the same sentence. Once you taste these, though, you'll be sorry you didn't hear of Kale Chips sooner!

They only take 10 minutes to make, but are so good they will likely disappear even quicker!  The kale becomes crisp and light, just like a potato chip, but way better.

Ingredients
1-2 bunches of Kale
Olive Oil
Pink Sea Salt

Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Remove the stalk from the kale, by folding one piece in half, and simply slicing it out.  Leave the leaves in large pieces.
3. Put kale a large bowl, drizzle very lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Use your hands to ensure all the leaves are lightly coated.
5. Place kale on baking sheet, and put in oven for 5 minutes or until it starts to turn slightly brown.  It can burn very quickly, so keep an eye on it.
6. Take out the sheet, flip over the kale and bake the other side for another 5 minutes.
7.  Remove, serve, and enjoy!
