Strawberry Mint Salad
A bit obsessed with strawberries and mint this week. Ever since the delicious Strawberry Mint Limeade Cocktail, I've been dying to put the two together again.

Try this super refreshing salad as a side dish or use on top of a spinach salad.

Strawberry Mint Salad

5 minutes to make // Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients

Strawberries (6 oz, organic and fresh, diced )
Mint (10 big leaves, chopped)
Red Onion (1/4 cup, diced)
Balsamic Vinegar (about 1tbs.) 
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

1- Toss strawberries, mint, and red onion together  
     in a bowl.
2-  Sprinkle on salt, fresh pepper, and balsamic vinegar, and mix well.
3- Serve and enjoy!
