Mango Sunshine Smoothie

Finally, some sunshine again in NYC. For a double dose, try this smoothie to brighten up your complexion!


Mango Sunshine Smoothie

2 minutes to make // Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

Mango (1 cup, chopped, frozen)
Fresh Pineapple (1 cup chopped)
Papaya (1/2 cup, chopped)
Water (1/2 -1 cup)

Instructions

1- Pour water into a Vitamix* or high-speed blender, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
2- Process for one minute.
3- Serve and enjoy!

Mango: High in potassium, beta-cartotene (to make your skin soft, smooth, and glowy), and also high in fiber so it aids in digestion. Some studies also suggest it helps burn fat.
