Skin Glow Smoothie: Cantaloupe Cooler

Who doesn't want her skin to glow? Whip up this deliciously frothy Cantaloupe Cooler, which is jam-packed with skin-loving vitamins, to illuminate your skin from within.

It's ultra-hydrating, high in Vitamin A (great for combating acne and wrinkles), and Vitamin C (boosts collagen production for firm, youthful skin).

What makes it even better? This delicious elixir is ready in minutes.

Ingredients
Cantaloupe (1/2, chopped)
Frozen Banana* (one)
Pineapple (1 cup, chopped)
Water or ice (1/2 cup)

Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or high speed blender.
2. Blend on high for 30 seconds to a minute.
3. Enjoy! 


*Have overripe bananas? Don't throw them away! Peel, put in a ziploc bag, and freeze, so they can be added to smoothies for a creamy taste.
