There's no better way to start your day than with an all fruit-smoothie! Try this Melon + Basil version, packed with super-hydrating cantaloupe and honey dew, for skin that illuminates from within!
Ingredients
Cantaloupe* (1/4, chopped)
Honey Dew* (1/4, chopped)
Basil (5 leafs)
Lime (half)
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in Vitamix or high speed blender, with about 1/4-1/2 cup water.
2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
3. Enjoy!
*To make your mornings faster, you can of course buy pre-chopped fruit from the grocery store. I like mine as fresh as possible, so I choose to buy the whole fruit and chop myself. It only adds a couple extra minutes, and tastes better!
