Breast Cancer Extinction Month?

smoking, drinking, overeating, overweight, obese, unhealthy, habits, stock, 4x3, lifestyle
In a study conducted last year by Cancer Research UK, researchers determined that a whopping 40% of all cancers are the result of lifestyle factors including:
  • poor diet (including high meat intake, and low produce and fiber intake)
  • inactivity
  • stress
  • exposure to carcinogens (including pollution and cigarette smoke)
That means that at least 40% of all cancer diagnoses could be prevented if people only knew what foods to eat and how to build awareness around their choices in life.

If you were wondering what a Health Coach does, this is exactly where we fit in. Not only do we guide people to make healthy food choices and keep their life in balance, we also support them in sticking to these changes.By coaching people towards a healthier lifestyle, we can help prevent many unnecessary illnesses.

So, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I am offering a free 15-minute health consultation to the first 5 readers who email me at:
BombshellBlueprint [at] gmail.

Use the subject: BCAM Free Consultation. I'll answer your top nutrition question, or simply asses your current health habits and guide you to 1-2 things you can do to improve your health and prevent illness down the road.

Hopefully, one day we can celebrate Cancer Extinction Month, but until then, we must spread the knowledge that food changes everything and we hold the power to our own health!
