How to Detox after a Heavy Meal

Eat too much turkey (or tofurkey) last night?

  1. I also love to detox right after a heavy meal. It feels like I'm so clean inside and out when I'm doing this. My detox process always include chlorella. I make a smoothie and add a teaspoon of this. I love the chlorella benefits that's why I'm always doing this.
