More Cheese Please: The Ultimate Non-Dairy Cheese



Cheese: one of the most magnificently delicious foods on earth.  Hard, soft, melted, crumbled, sliced...It all tastes good going down, but the feeling and effects afterwards are anything but sexy.  Inflammation, gastro-intestinal problems, and mucus build up are never fun.  

While some die-had vegans use soy-cheese, we all know it tastes pretty awful.  Now, the geniuses over at daiya have made a non-dairy cheese alternative that is just as good as the real thing.  While it doesn't have any health benefits per-se,  if you are craving pizza, quesadillas, macaroni and cheese, or anything else with cheese, use daiya.
