Mouthwatering Mediterranean Pizza

It's no surprise that pizza is America's number one favorite food; there is nothing quite like a crunchy crust layered with tomato sauce and gooey cheese.

If you read my post Milk Does a Body Bad, it's likely you gave up dairy altogether, which used to mean a lifetime without pizza.

Not anymore!

Try this recipe for a Mouthwatering Mediterranean Pizza made with non-dairy cheese. Trust me, once you try it, you'll never be tempted by regular cheese again!

Ingredients:
Gluten-free pizza crust
Organic Marinara Sauce
Daiya non-dairy cheese
Organic Sun-dried tomatoes, (rehydrate by soaking in water for 10 minutes)
Pitted Kalamata Olives
Fresh Basil (optional)

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Place pre-made crust on pizza pan and sprinkle lightly with daiya cheese.
3. Put pan in oven for 5 minutes.
4. Remove crust from oven, and now top with sauce, more cheese, sun dried tomatoes, olives, and basil.
5. Return pan to oven, and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted, and slightly golden.
6. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
