Skin Glow Smoothie: Honey Dew + Cucumber + Basil

Skin Glow Smoothie
Melon and cucumber combine perfectly to create a super- hydrating elixir that will keep your skin glowing. Basil adds a quick mineral boost while lime gives it a fat-blasting zing.


Ingredients (
Yields: appx. 16 oz)

Honey Dew Melon (2 cups chopped, or 1/4 of a melon)
Cucumber (2 cups chopped, or one full cucumber)
Lime (one, juice only)
Basil (4-5 leaves)

Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in food processor or high speed blender and process.

2. Pour, serve, and enjoy!

Perfect as a breakfast smoothie or a mid-day boost.
