Skin Glow Smoothie |
Ingredients (Yields: appx. 16 oz)
Honey Dew Melon (2 cups chopped, or 1/4 of a melon)
Cucumber (2 cups chopped, or one full cucumber)
Lime (one, juice only)
Basil (4-5 leaves)
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in food processor or high speed blender and process.
2. Pour, serve, and enjoy!
Perfect as a breakfast smoothie or a mid-day boost.
I tried this last week for breakfast- so good and I felt like a million dollars afterward!
