A Good Kind of Blackout: Chocolate Review

Blacking-out after a night on the town: no good.
Blackout Organic Chocolate: so good.

Alter Eco's organic dark chocolate bar, dubbed Blackout, is one of the finer dark chocolates I've tasted (and I've tasted them all).
.
With just 4 organic ingredients: cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, and vanilla, this may be my new favorite chocolate bar. Free of soy and dairy, the taste is smooth and intense with the perfect amount of sweetness. Maybe it is the cocoa beans, maybe its the Swiss chocolate-making technique, but whatever it is, it's delicious.
.
I've been looking for something to replace my Green & Black 85% Dark Chocolate habit, after deciding that I don't want to eat powdered milk, no matter how small the amount.
.
So, I was excited when I came across this new chocolate bar while perusing the shelves at Whole Foods. While I absolutely loved the package and the fact that it's Fair-Trade, I was a bit skeptical about how it would taste with just those 4 ingredients.  I am happy to say, I was pleasantly surprised, and will definitely be going back for more!
.
And if you're wondering, no, I've never blacked out after a night on the town.
