Blue-Banana-Berry Smoothie

This Blue-Banana-Berry smoothie is packed with anti-oxidant rich, cancer-fighting blueberries and goji berries. Frozen Banana adds a frothy texture to this icy treat

Ingredients
Frozen Banana* (one)
Frozen Blueberries (1 cup)
Rehydrated Goji Berries** (20-ish) (optional)
Water (1/4 cup-1/2 cup)

Directions
1- Put all ingredients in Vitamix or high speed blender.
2- Process for 30 seconds
3- Serve and enjoy!

*Instead of throwing overripe bananas away, peel, put in ziploc bag, and freeze.

**Goji berries are a superfood known for their high Vitamin C, Beta Carotene, and Iron content, as well as their purported cancer-fighting abilities. Rehydrate dried goji berries simply by putting them in a cup of filtered water for at least 20 minutes. I leave a mason jar filled with them in my fridge, so I always have some on hand.
