Rainbow Rise and Shine Smoothie


Bring a little sunshine to your morning with a Rainbow Rise and Shine Smoothie. Packed with a wide variety of vitamins and phytonutrients, this green smoothie will get your skin glowing.

Ingredients

Rainbow Swiss Chard (3 large leaves, chopped and stems discarded)
Fresh Pineapple (1 1/2 cups chopped)
Water (1/2 -1 cup)
Fresh Ginger (1/2 inch piece, peeled) 

Instructions
1- Pour water into a Vitamix* or high-speed blender, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
2- Process for one minute.
3- Serve and enjoy!
